Why are liberals so bad at grasping alternative facts? For example, if something doesn’t happen the exact same way Trump described it, liberals dismiss it as false; while conservatives are able to fully understand the underlying principle.

Are you perhaps referring to the example where Trump stated that people's pets were being eaten in Springfield, Ohio? Which led to the Republican governor of the state issuing a statement that this was not true and the Springfield city council having numerous issues with bomb threats and having to close schools because of these squirrelless lies? The original poster of the item said that her cat was missing and she was blaming it on the immigrants and then the cat turned up two days later in her basement. So in the meantime there have been memes that have been falsified and photoshopped and the city has been in turmoil. So if you're asking us why we have trouble grasping something, I certainly have trouble grasping something that's being said That affects an entire community to the point where they have to close schools to me. That's irresponsible and is similar to yelling fire in a crowded movie theater. Do you think a presidential candidate should be able to get away with stuff like that without any repercussions whatsoever? Especially when it comes to the fact that schools had to be closed?
